In reference to your write up and picture for the 1MZ-FE.
These are lines P and R coming from the EGR modulator in your pic:

You have the above modulator vacuum lines going to the throttle intake ports reversed.
Thanks!!! I actually caught it once i had it back together and checked the diagram on the sticker and forgot to note the pics, good eye !!!!
you use the Weaver T0-9 top mount base ( one piece tip-off base ), that is the rail that mounts to the rifle, then you mount the sight to the rail.
